Benmar Conditionaire Corp. is a commercial HVAC contractor, which has been in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning business since 1947.

For the past thirty-three years, Marvin Stockel has been chief executive officer of the company.  Future continuity is being implemented with John Pimpinella as President and  as Kathleen Clark Wilson Vice President.  

Our service company, Benmar Air Conditioning, LLC is headed by Jamie Stockel Paley, CEO. It is managed by John Pimpinella, Pres. and Kathleen Clark Wilson, VP

Our engineering staff consists of Kathleen Clark Wilson, P.E., Keith Britske and designers, Mel Cioffi, Jr. and Richard Zimmerman 

We have a full sheetmetal shop and service department to take a project from installation to move-in and beyond.   Tom Treta is our service manager.

Our customers are pleased with our ability to respond to their needs in a timely fashion.  Our drafting, engineering and sheetmetal departments are completely computerized which cuts down on the time it takes to do each project by not duplicating the work effort.  Our service department is at the jobsite at start-up and follows up with preventive maintenance contracts.

Benmar was one of the first companies to use variable air volume in their designs and has since become a VAV specialist.  Building owners are pleased with the flexibility of zoning and ease in tenant renovations.  Some of the original designs are now over twenty-five years old and are still able to handle the loads that new office equipment generates.  We have retrofitted many of the original buildings with the latest computer control system, which Benmar can monitor from their central location.  In the buildings that it has been installed, the owner has saved as much as 25% on their utility bill.
